Allen Grub Screw (also know as a set screw). It is most commonly used in securing a gear or pulley to a shaft. It is usually headless and so it's also known as 'blind'.
Socket screws, also known as Allen Head, are fastened with a hex Allen key wrench.
Stainless steel fasteners are, most importantly, corrosion resistant. They are resistant to high heat as well as extremely cold temperatures making stainless steel fasteners the material of choice for almost any application! However they don't have the strength that a zinc or black high tensile bolt has.
