The anticipated delivery time for orders will be 2-3 working days, subject to stock availability. Your order will be sent to your door, and tracking details are available upon request.
We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in New Zealand; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. We do not deliver outside New Zealand, however overseas orders may still be placed with a New Zealand delivery address.
Deliveries are made by courier. The delivery company used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items ordered.
We are currently partnered with New Zealand Couriers who have a very extensive delivery network. They have the latest track and trace technology and electronic proof of delivery. They can deliver to rural addresses.
All purchases over $100 are shipped free anywhere within New Zealand. We charge a flat shipping rate of $12.50 for purchases less than $100. Delivery charges are added to your order after you have chosen what shipping option you require. If delivery is to a rural address, then we charge a flat rate of $17.50 for purchases less than $100 (Freight free if purchase is over $100). You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase. Our current rates are:

Delivery of your ordered product/s is as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment.
When paying by Direct Credit (Internet Banking) please expect delivery delays due to individual banking processes. We apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.
