Our website policies are designed with you, the customer, in mind to ensure that your online shopping experience with FastTrade will be secure, prompt, efficient and hassle-free. As far as possible our online policies are consistent with our in-store company policies and procedures.

- For registered online shopping at the FastTrade store and recording your orders.
- To add to our company database so we may inform you of specials, promotions, offers and events via email or post.
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that information held is accurate, up-to-date, complete, relevant, not misleading and is used only for the purposes stated in this policy. We will not hold customer details for longer than is required for the purpose for which the information was originally gathered and lawfully used.
We will ensure that security safeguards protect the information and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that information will not be disclosed to any unauthorized person or organisation. We will not disclose any personal information about you to a person, body or an agency that is not entitled to obtain this information. We do not share your details with third party companies, with the exception of courier companies. Such companies and individuals will have access to specific personal information required to make deliveries, but may not use your details for any other purposes.
You are entitled to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not we hold such personal information and you shall have access to this information. You may also request to have corrections or changes made to this information. You may also request that your details do not appear on our database. It is necessary for you to register your details with us in order to place online purchases through our website; however you have the right to choose not to receive emails or mailers from us that are not related to your orders or enquiries.

We only email you if you want us to. We do not send unsolicited emails. When you register your email address with us you go on a list to receive email announcements about products, offers and promotions from FastTrade. We do not disclose your email address to third parties.
Every email message we send you includes an email address to which you can respond. If at any time you decide you do not want to receive our emails simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. This will remove your email address from our mailing list. If you unsubscribe you will still receive emails specifically related to your online orders.
We are currently partnered with Courier Post who has a very extensive delivery network. They have the latest track and trace technology and electronic proof of delivery. They will deliver to PO Box numbers, Private Bags and rural addresses.
Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your payment details. You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase.
We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in New Zealand; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this. We do not deliver outside New Zealand, however overseas orders may still be placed with a New Zealand delivery address.
The anticipated delivery time will be within 3-5 working days unless an item ordered is out of stock in which case you will be notified of the expected additional delay.
Deliveries are made by courier. The delivery company used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items ordered.
Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment.
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods.
We have a 3pm shut off time for delivery (this is subject to stock availability if we are out of stock of the products we will be in contact with you to discuss your delivery time.
Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
We do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product itself.
We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
Order Cancellation Due To Error
Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.
Returns & Damaged Goods Policy
At FastTrade, we stand by the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
You can return any product you buy from us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, no matter what the reason. The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
To return product please visit the FastTrade store with a copy of your invoice. If you do not live in Hawkes Bay then please call us on (06) 872 6777 and we will advise you on how best to return the goods to us.
If the goods have been damaged in transit please call us on (06) 872 6777 and we will arrange to replace the damaged product(s).
All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars - GST is stated as being inclusive or exclusive. All prices on this website are consistent with prices offered at the FastTrade store.
In the event of any product failure of goods supplied, FastTrade, its directors and its employees shall not be liable for any damage, or consequential or economic loss resulting from such failure but shall replace the goods if returned, provided such failure has not been caused by fair wear and tear.
In the event that FastTrade supplies to the Customer goods that cause the Customer loss, FastTrade will only be liable to the Customer for liquidated damages up to and including the purchase price of the good which was purchased with respect to the loss.

This site and its content is made available for the purposes of shopping online with FastTrade and providing information about FastTrade's products.
