Shipping & Returns

NZ Shipping Charges.

All shipping charges include dispatch/ picking and processing fees.

We use the most efficient method to courier/ ship to your location.  We will use the courier of our choice out of New Zealand Couriers, Post Haste, Courier Post/NZ Post or Toll Global express to deliver to your requested address. Please add a note in the comments if you prefer a certain courier for your area and we will do what we can to make it happen.

For Rural delivery- the rural surcharge for all couriers is charged regardless of order size. For orders over $300.00 the domestic courier charges are then free, and only a rural surcharge of $6.90 applies.

For Remote Islands the $28.75 courier surcharge applies to all orders over $300 and is in the cost of the freight and processing of the lower value orders.

Note- For Great Barrier Island and Stewart Island, a courier surcharge is applied. If your parcel is small and you are not in a rush to get your products you’ve purchased, then we can use NZ post system which waives the courier surcharges. Use Post code 0110 and please let us know in the comments you would like us to use the Post service and your correct post code. If in doubt call our customer service on 06 872 6777 for assistance.

You’re welcome to collect your order from our Store at 202 Wilson Road Hastings.  There is a $5 processing fee applied for orders below $20. Over $20 is FREE. Please put your mobile number in the comments and our customer service will text you when they have picked and packed your order and it is ready for collection.

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
